Brief Introduction
This series of machines are designed for packing powders, flaked materials into open mouth bags.
Low dust and high accuracy are the advantages of this series. Suitable materials include: Flour, Titanium, Alumina, Kaolin, Lime Carbonate, Bentonite, Dry mortar, etc.
Scope of Application
High-speed weighing & bagging for fertilizer, agrochemical, feed, chemical raw materials, sugar and other industries which have certain humidity or bulky, sticky materials, loose strips and fibers, flakes below 10cm, spherical and other irregular materials. (Such as organic fertilizer, compound fertilizer, bagasse, sawdust, ore, manure, flake sulfur)
Working Principle
The materials will through the feeding parts(connect hopper) into the belt feeder then into the weighing hopper, the weighing hopper installation load cell to weighing, manual giving the bag to the packing machine bag clamp device and touch the sensor, the bag will automatic clamped, the finished weighing materials discharge into the bag, bag release and on conveyor to the sewing machine for bag closed by thread stitching.

Adopting multi-stage feeding mechanism, the weighing range is wide, and the speed and precision of the maximum and minimum weighing can be guaranteed.
The weighing control system is designed according to the requirements of IP54 (dustproof and waterproof).
The unit is composed of automatic weighing machine, conveyor, sewing machine and automatic control box.
