Product Overview

The Robotic Palletizer for Bags system automates the heavy, repetitive task of stacking flexible bagged products such as grain, fertilizer, pet food, and chemicals. It’s purpose-built to solve the real problems of bag palletizing like shifting contents, changing dimensions, and the constant demand for stable, uniform stacks.

A claw-style gripper supports each bag from underneath during pick and place, managing payloads up to 100 kg while maintaining control of partially filled or soft-sided bags. Where product conditioning or flattening is required, it can specify and integrate the right solution to improve layer quality and overall stack consistency.

Our palletizing robot system achieves throughputs of up to 16 bags per minute, with actual rate dependent on bag type, fill consistency, and pallet pattern. The STANDARD configuration supports two pallet stations, while a COMPACT layout provides a single pallet position for tighter floors.

The SR series robot features unique linear actuators, energy-saving and environmentally friendly arm design, and simple operation interface with customizable grippers. Designed specifically to increase throughput on palletizing operations, the robot Series is capable of multiple palletizing configurations and features a large vertical work envelope. Internal cable routing through the wrist prevents cable interference and increases cable life. High operating speeds
