Operating Process
1. Pre-place Empty Bags: Load 2-3 stacks of empty bags simultaneously to supply the packaging machine.
2. Take an Empty Bag: Bag sucking mechanism uses negative pressure to secure bag bottom while roller-up transmission structure flattens and transfers bag mouth to opening station.
3. Open Empty Bag: Bag opening mechanism applies negative pressure to both sides of bag mouth, lifting it open. Insert knives rotate into bag mouth and spread it open.
4. Supply Empty Bag: Transfer empty bag to clamping mechanism via lifting knife arm. Bag clamping mechanism secures both sides to prevent dust overflow.
5. Material Filling: Bag clamping detection ensures reliability. PLC signals automatic weighing unit to discharge material into packaging bag with bottom vibration and dust removal.
6. Holding Bag and Heat Sealing: After filling, bag mouth is horizontally clamped and conveyed to guide entry mechanism, then to heat sealing station for automatic sealing.
Packaging & Delivery
Packing: Film-wrapped initially, then packaged in standard wooden cases for protection.
Delivery: Standard sea transportation with alternative methods available upon customer request.
