Machine Overview
Our advanced packaging machine unit is engineered for large bag packaging of granule and powder materials in chemicals, fertilizer, feed, grain, seeds, food, rubber, plastic, and other industries. The system integrates automatic weighing, bag clipping, filling, bag sending, and bag sealing functions. It can be connected with downstream equipment like palletizing robots to enable large-scale packaging and unmanned stacking operations.

- Weighing Machine: Material contact parts constructed from 304 stainless steel, other components from plastic-sprayed carbon steel. Features weighing controller and sensor with dust removal interface.
- Empty Bag Storage: 304 stainless steel material contact parts with plastic-sprayed carbon steel construction. Electric power with reducer motor system.
- Bag Handling System: Delta servo drive system for bag upper unit and bag holding & guide unit.
- Control Cabinet: Self-developed patent system with Germany Siemens PLC control, France Schneider Electric components, and Germany Sick photoelectric control system.
- Sealing Options: Bag sewing machine or heat sealing machine suitable for open mouth woven bags, plastic bags, and paper bags.
- Conveyor System: Carbon steel construction with PVC belt and stainless steel baffle guardrail, reducer motor system, and Germany Sick photoelectric control.
