Roller Conveyor Application
The roller conveyor is designed to transport goods with flat bottoms. It is primarily used to connect packing/bagging machines with palletizing robot systems, including belt conveyors and roller conveyors for bags, cartons, drums, bottles, and more. The system also includes an empty pallet magazine system.
Features
The roller conveyor consists of roller sections, drive units, chains, supports, and other components. An under-slung mounted motor drives two rollers through a chain, which then separately drive the front and back rollers.
Packaging bags are conveyed to the curve conveyor where the bag direction is changed by the turning effect of the curve, enabling various functions at subsequent stations. The use of caged rollers effectively prevents bags from slipping on the conveyor and achieves bag caching functionality through photoelectric detection and PLC program control.
