It is equipment of measurement, dosing, continuous dosing for powder, bulk solids and small block materials. Working Principle

The weighing bridge is mounted on the conveying frame, and when the material passes, the measuring idler detects the weight of the material on the belt conveyor, and acts as a weighing sensor through a lever to produce a voltage signal which is directly proportional to the load of the belt. The speed sensor is connected directly to the large diameter speed measuring cylinder to provide a series of pulses, each pulse representing a belt moving unit, and the frequency of the pulse is proportional to the belt speed. The weighing instrument receives signals from weighing sensors and speed sensors, and obtains an instantaneous flow value and accumulated weight values through integral operation, and displays them respectively.

Installation Instructions

We will supply you the user manual and electrical drawing of all the machines for you to install the machines by yourself. If you think you cannot install the machines by yourself, we can send engineer to your factory for installing and debugging etc.

Package and Delivery

Machine film wrapped and packed in exported fumigation wooden cases, then transported to departure port which customer required like Shanghai, Ningbo, Qingdao, Suzhou etc.

We can also transport the machines by flight, all depend on client's requirement.
