The AGMT FH series floating belt electronic belt weigher features a free-floating balance structure with infinite position devices, ensuring accurate and reliable weighing with high measurement accuracy. The weighing bridge connects directly to load cells with minimal force transmission links, providing exceptional performance for high-precision belt conveyor measurement applications.

The weighing bridge mounts directly on the conveying frame. When material passes through, the measuring idler detects the weight and transmits this data through a lever to the weighing sensor, generating a voltage signal proportional to the belt load. The speed sensor connects to a large diameter speed measuring cylinder, producing pulses where each pulse represents a unit of belt movement, with pulse frequency proportional to belt speed. The weighing instrument processes signals from both sensors, calculating instantaneous flow values and accumulated weight through integral operations.
The FH series belt scale utilizes the PLR-12R type speed measuring device, consisting of a speed sensor and measuring roller directly fixed to the conveying frame. The roller suspends on the return belt and rotates via friction to measure speed accurately. Speed sensors feature carbon brushless pulse generators emitting pulse series where each pulse represents belt travel units, with IP65 protection rating for reliable operation in industrial environments.
