Main performance parameter

Working Principle

The weighing bridge is mounted on the conveying frame, and when the material passes, the measuring idler detects the weight of the material on the belt conveyor, and acts as a weighing sensor through a lever to produce a voltage signal which is directly proportional to the load of the belt. The speed sensor is connected directly to the large diameter speed measuring cylinder to provide a series of pulses, each pulse representing a belt moving unit, and the frequency of the pulse is proportional to the belt speed. The weighing instrument receives signals from weighing sensors and speed sensors, and obtains an instantaneous flow value and accumulated weight values through integral operation, and displays them respectively.

Speed measuring device

FH type floating scale series belt scale generally adopts PLR-12R type speed measuring device. The PLR-12R type speed measuring device consists of a speed measuring sensor and a speed measuring roller, which is directly fixed on the conveying frame and suspends the roller on the return belt. The friction drives the roller to rotate to measure the speed.

The speed sensors are all carbon brushless pulse generators, which emit a series of pulses, each pulse represents a unit of belt travel, and the pulse frequency is proportional to the belt speed. The speed sensor is composed of a carbon brushless pulse generator and a cast aluminum housing (see Figure 1-2a above), and the protection level reaches IP65.
