Product Overview
AGMT FH series floating belt electronic belt weigher adopts an original free floating balance structure installed on belt conveyor frames. Two load cells are mounted at the ends of the load beam, with cylindrical load bearing structures connected to supporting rod beams via universal joints. This configuration forms an integrated weighing bridge that ensures high-precision measurement by accurately transferring material weight to load sensors.
Application Scope
FH series electronic belt scales are widely used in metallurgy, electric power, coal, mineral processing, transportation, ports, chemical, salt industry, and other light industries. They effectively measure powder, granulated, and small block materials, improving production efficiency, reducing labor intensity, enhancing product quality, and lowering production costs.

Working Principle
The weighing bridge mounts on the conveying frame. When material passes through, measuring idlers detect the weight and transfer it to weighing sensors via levers, generating voltage signals proportional to belt load. Speed sensors connected to measuring cylinders provide pulse signals representing belt movement, with frequency proportional to belt speed. The weighing instrument processes these signals to calculate and display instantaneous flow and accumulated weight values.
