Automatic high-level bag palletizer designed for chemical industry applications with multi-line palletizing capability. This system delivers superior stacking performance with higher levels and faster speeds compared to robotic and low-level palletizers.
Product Overview
High-level palletizer is a dedicated high-speed automatic palletizing equipment that transports bags to a specific height, then precisely positions, groups, pushes, and stacks them on pallets according to PLC programming. The completed pallets are automatically conveyed out of the system.
Application Scope
Ideal for industries with high palletizing requirements and speed demands where robotic systems are not suitable. Applications include petrochemical, chemical, food, pharmaceutical, feed, grain, non-ferrous minerals, and building materials industries.

Working Principle
The high-level palletizing system integrates climbing conveyors, slow-stop shaping machines, direction changing machines, grouping machines, bag pushers, layer machines, elevators, pallet warehouses, pallet conveyors, palleting conveyors, elevated platforms, and control systems. This configuration ensures high stack quality with neat, secure stacking that prevents loosening.
Upper and lower conveyors press bags to form regular rectangular shapes. The control system utilizes Siemens programmable controllers, inverters, photoelectric switches, and magnetic switches to coordinate transportation, grouping, and stacking operations.
