Self-Installed 3 Phase Plastic Particles Packing Scale for Provisions Industry
Working Principle
Materials flow through the feeding parts (connected hopper) into the belt feeder, then into the weighing hopper. The weighing hopper uses load cells for precise measurement. When manually placing a bag onto the packing machine's bag clamp device and touching the sensor, the bag is automatically clamped. The weighed materials discharge into the bag, which then releases onto the conveyor for transport to the sewing machine for thread stitching closure.
