Application Scope

SXP50G Machine Unit Line is consisted of the main weighing machine, the 3 meters belt conveyor and auto sewing machine; The machine unit is suitable for customers who pack PP Woven Bag and mainly suitable for granular material. This machine is applicable to weighing of rice, wheat, paddy, fertilizer, Feed, etc that are granule material, and quantitative packing of finished products or semi-finished products from the industry of cereals, chemical, Light Manufacturing & Foodstuffs, etc.

Working Principles

This series of quantitative packaging weighing unit is specially designed for the quantitative packaging of all kinds of granular materials and small particles with good fluidity & small dust, feeding by pneumatic arc door or vibration.  When the set value is reached, the bag clamper automatically opens, and the bag is sent away by the conveyor belt (bag sealed). Pneumatic curved door or vibrating feeder is controlled by the sensor feedback signal, and the material is graded into the weighing bucket or the packaging bag. When the material in the weighing bucket or packaging bag is filled to the set weight, the feeding mechanism stops feeding.

Installation

It must be after shipment has arrived and factory must ready equipped with all necessary requirement before booking installation with EAGLE company. Our engineers will come to the site for the complete and final installation.

During the installation session, a one day training course will be provided to the customer for operation and maintenance procedure.

The purchase at US$80/person/day plus all local transportation, air tickets (round trip), and hotel room & board is provided. Day charges include travel days.
