Brief Introduction
This series packaging machine can be integrated with feeder, hopper, bag filter, conveyor, bag sewing machine, and air compressor for complete packaging solutions.
Application Scope
Automatic weighing packaging for powder or fine particles materials in pharmaceutical, chemical, fertilizer, pesticide, additive, flour, food and other industries.
Working Principle
This quantitative packaging weighing unit is specially designed for granular materials and small particles with good fluidity and minimal dust. Feeding is controlled by pneumatic arc door or vibration, with sensor feedback signals managing the process. Material is graded into the weighing bucket or packaging bag, and when the set weight is reached, feeding stops automatically. The bag clamper then opens, and the bag is conveyed for sealing.
