Installation

The installation can be provided by the EAGLE company.

During the installation session, a one day training course will be provided to the customer for operation and maintenance procedure.

The purchase at US$100/person/day plus all local transportation, air tickets (round trip), and hotel room & board is provided. Day charges include travel days.

It must be after shipment has arrived and factory must ready equipped with all necessary requirement before booking installation with EAGLE company. Our engineers will come to the site for the complete and final installation.

Quality Assurance

1. The warranty period is one year.

2. Ensure that the goods supplied meet the quality specifications and performance of the contract in all respects.

3. Ensure that the equipment has been properly installed and adjusted to meet the contractual requirement after the entire system is in operation.

4. Provide quantitative packaging scales with advanced design and excellent materials. The main components are selected from famous domestic and foreign manufacturers.

5. If the quality or specification of the goods is found to be inconsistent with the contract, or the goods are defective, the buyer has the right to exchange the parts and return he goods.

Packaging and Shipping

Shipping port: Shanghai/ Ningbo / Nanchang port or other port you need.

The packing machine before sent to you will installation and testing welled then whole set packed in the big wooden box then in container.

Inner package with stretch film, out package with export wooden box(with metal frame more safe and non-fumigation wooden), avoid the packing machine broken.

When you received the packing machine, you no need installation again, connect your electric wire and air source to the packing machine then can working.

As for EAGLE packaging machine, our company provides 12 months for all mechanical parts except for electrical and electronic parts and those subjects to normal wear and tear. Meanwhile, the guarantee starts from the shipment (B/L date). The guarantee is intended limited to the replacement of the broken part after checking the construction fault. The guarantee declines in the case the customer proceeds, without proper consent, to the replacement, modification, or repair of parts.
