The ton bag packaging machine is composed pneumatic bag-clamping system, inflatable and gas recovery unit, material feeding measuring control unit, hydraulic unit and electric control.

As one of the large weighing and packaging machine with multiple functions of the integrated electric weighing, automatic bag-releasing, and dust collecting, it is used for packaging ton-bag material.

SXP1000 Auto Industrial Packaging Machine is features of advanced automation, high packaging precision, adjustable packaging speed, superior structure, and unique hydraulic system, which enables to deal with ton-bag package at ease, convenient for oncoming process.

Composition section of operating panel

The electric cabinet for this equipment is arranged beside the machine, the solenoid valve fixing box is fixed on the supporting legs of the platform in order to facilitate operation by the worker. The control panel mainly consists of the master power switch, touch screen, emergency stop button, etc.

1) Master power switch: red button located at right side of the electric control cabinet, used for controlling isolation and on-off of the main power supply.

2) Touch screen: used to realize operation control, parameter setting and display of relevant information of the packaging machine.

3) Emergency stop button: red emergency stop button, mainly used for emergency stop of the machine in case of emergency event during the production process. Once pressing this button, the packaging machine will be stopped, immediately, and the touch screen will display the corresponding information. After pressing this button, if you want to restart the equipment again, you must first reset the emergency stop button, and push “Soft Start” on the touch screen.

Features

1, Feeding part: Adopt two kinds (big one and small one) valves to control the three kinds feeding: fast, slow and exactness.

2, weighing shelf: The weighing shelf connected with sensor, and convey the Weight signal to the electric box which controlling the operation of the machinery.

3, The electro motion car operated by the motor and run in the track to convey the products. The cars' position controlled by worker and the final position is determined by the limit switch.

4, Electric box: Exterior signal and the sensor signal are conveyed to the electric box, which could control the feeding ON and OFF, cylinder lifting and the car running through inished program.
