Machine Features

The machine unit shall adopt instrument panel operating system and Mettler Toledo Load Cell for weighing accuracy controlling at high packing speed.

The machine unit can realize automatic material measuring, manual bag feeding, automatic bag mouth sewing in one basic line.

Depending on customer's specific needs for packing, the machine can equip with bag push down conveyor, shaping conveyor, grasp conveyor and robot hand to form whole packing and palletizing line

Working Principles

This series of quantitative packaging weighing unit is specially designed for the quantitative packaging of all kinds of granular materials and small particles with good fluidity & small dust, feeding by pneumatic arc door or vibration. Pneumatic curved door or vibrating feeder is controlled by the sensor feedback signal, and the material is graded into the weighing bucket or the packaging bag. When the material in the weighing bucket or packaging bag is filled to the set weight, the feeding mechanism stops feeding. When the set value is reached, the bag clamper automatically opens, and the bag is sent away by the conveyor belt (bag sealed).

As for EAGLE packaging machine, our company provides 12 months for all mechanical parts except for electrical and electronic parts and those subjects to normal wear and tear. Meanwhile, the guarantee starts from the shipment (B/L date). The guarantee is intended limited to the replacement of the broken part after checking the construction fault. The guarantee declines in the case the customer proceeds, without proper consent, to the replacement, modification, or repair of parts. The inspection of the causes of the trouble or the breakdown of the parts is exclusively up to the manufacturing company. All in all, our company can offer you assured products.

Installation

The installation can be provided by the EAGLE company.

It must be after shipment has arrived and factory must ready equipped with all necessary requirement before booking installation with EAGLE company. Our engineers will come to the site for the complete and final installation.

During the installation session, a one day training course will be provided to the customer for operation and maintenance procedure.

The purchase at US$80/person/day plus all local transportation, air tickets (round trip), and hotel room & board is provided. Day charges include travel days.
