Machine Charactistics

The Main Machine Frame shall be customized made into SS304 Stainless Steel or Painted Carbon Steel and the customer can choose the painted color.

The machine unit shall adopt instrument panel operating system and Mettler Toledo Load Cell for weighing accuracy controlling at high packing speed.

The machine unit can realize automatic material measuring, manual bag feeding, automatic bag mouth sewing in one basic line.

Depending on customer's specific needs for packing, the machine can equip with bag push down conveyor, shaping conveyor, grasp conveyor and robot hand to form whole packing and palletizing line

The simple construction and sturdy design ensure safe and accurate operation. It is designed to operate in a wide range of industries such as food, feed, chemicals and building materials. The system can be equipped with a range of feeding devices (high-speed or standard gravity, belt, screw and vibratory feeder).

4. Provide quantitative packaging scales with advanced design and excellent materials. The main components are selected from famous domestic and foreign manufacturers.

5. If the quality or specification of the goods is found to be inconsistent with the contract, or the goods are defective, the buyer has the right to exchange the parts and return he goods.

Installation

The installation can be provided by the EAGLE company.

It must be after shipment has arrived and factory must ready equipped with all necessary requirement before booking installation with EAGLE company. Our engineers will come to the site for the complete and final installation.

During the installation session, a one day training course will be provided to the customer for operation and maintenance procedure.

The purchase at US$80/person/day plus all local transportation, air tickets (round trip), and hotel room & board is provided. Day charges include travel days.

Packaging and Shipping

The packing machine before sent to you will installation and testing welled then whole set packed in the big wooden box then in container.

Inner package with stretch film, out package with export wooden box(with metal frame more safe and non-fumigation wooden), avoid the packing machine broken.

When you received the packing machine, you no need installation again, connect your electric wire and air source to the packing machine then can working.
