Our SXP50G granule filling machine Unit Line is consisted of the main weighing machine, the 3 meters belt conveyor and auto sewing machine; The machine unit is suitable for customers who pack PP Woven Bag and mainly suitable for granular material. Since then, this machine unit is widely applied in the market of Seeds / Grains / Feed Mill / Chemical Granular and environment protective granular products.

Installation
The installation can be provided by the EAGLE company.
During the installation session, a one day training course will be provided to the customer for operation and maintenance procedure.
The purchase at US$100/person/day plus all local transportation, air tickets (round trip), and hotel room & board is provided. Day charges include travel days.
It must be after shipment has arrived and factory must ready equipped with all necessary requirement before booking installation with EAGLE company. Our engineers will come to the site for the complete and final installation.
Machine Features
The Main Machine Frame shall be customized made into SS304 Stainless Steel or Painted Carbon Steel and the customer can choose the painted color.
The machine unit shall adopt instrument panel operating system and Mettler Toledo Load Cell for weighing accuracy controlling at high packing speed.
The imported intellective weighing instrument can display the gross weight and net weight at the same time.
Automatic test and correct the weighing errors
Sewing machine have auto-sewing, auto-wire breaking auto-alarming function
Packaging and Shipping
Clean the machine and film wrap it
Fix the bottom of the equipment
Check the accessories all packed well
Close the wooden case
Print the mark and stick it on the wooden case
Loading, entering the warehouse
Installation
