We have our own processing and assembly workshop and quality inspection and debugging process to ensure the quality of the machine.
After acceptance by the customer, they are packed in international standard wooden cases and shipped.
If customers have any questions during the use of the machine, we will answer them in time.

Installation

During the installation session, a one day training course will be provided to the customer for operation and maintenance procedure.

The purchase at US$80/person/day plus all local transportation, air tickets (round trip), and hotel room & board is provided. Day charges include travel days.

Q: What are your Installation Services?
Installation Services are available with all new machine purchases.
We will provide the user manual and videos to support for installing, debugging, operation of the machine, it will indicate you how to use this machine well.
Q: What about your Guarantee of quality?
A: The machine is 1-year warranty, all machine part can be replaced for free within 1year if broken (not including man made). And offer lifetime after sale service
Q: How about the after-sale service?
(1) More than 12 hours after-sale online service one day.
(2) we have engineers available to service machinery overseas.The service charge, include: service fee USD100/day, VISA fee, board round-trip ticket, room and eat in are buyer's side.
 

Packaging and Shipping

The packing machine before sent to you will installation and testing welled then whole set packed in the big wooden box then in container.

Inner package with stretch film, out package with export wooden box (with metal frame more safe and non-fumigation wooden), avoid the packing machine broken.

When you received the packing machine, you no need installation again, connect your electric wire and air source to the packing machine then it can work normally.
